Third trimester with weird red bumps..freaking out.

Can anyone tell me what these little red bumps are? They have a slight itch nothing too serious. There's a red ring around my belly button and it goes down my inner legs and to the top of my feet. I noticed it when I got into a warm bath not sure if it was there prior or not. And I have not switched lotions detergent shower gel vitamins ect. I am currently 30 weeks pregnant. Oh and I have been taking Prilosec for my heart burn for exactly a week.
