What do you think of the name Thor?

Hehe it's my fetus's name for now but not sure about it in permanence.  My best friend's nephew's name is Odin and she says the kid is pretty happy lol what do you think?

My babies name is peanut until it's born. I think it would be a cute nickname but I wouldn't  name my kid that. Thor is one of those name that people  name their pets and dress up as for Halloween. If it's something  your set on then it's your choice but I wouldn't do it.

The big reservation I have is how big the Marvel character is right now. It reminds me of all the "Edwards, Jacobs and Isabellas" after Twilight.

Thorstein Veblen was my favorite economist.  For a long time, I wanted to name a son Thor, but I didn't want the comic book association. I think it's a fine name. Maybe give him a more traditional middle name, and he can choose to use it in the future if he wants.

I've already decided I'm gonna name my child Rogue. Thor's a badass name, if you like it then go ahead with it. Not everyone is gonna like it, but it's your child.
