Does the Raspberry tea method really works??

Im 34+4 weeks. And i wanna start drinking it. Im 1cm already(been like that at 32weeks) but i dont wanna start contracting right now! i know it helps with labor. But does it work??

I heard that it was to prepare your uterus for birth by increasing uterine tone and strengthening your muscles but I don't think it helps to bring on labour

I drank a ton of it last pregnancy and had a long hard labor. It doesn't taste bad though so it can't hurt to try.

I'm 33 weeks and 5 days I have been drinking atleast 3-5 cups a day since 31 weeks and it hasn't brought any labor signs for me..but it suppose to make your contractions stronger so you have shorter labor time

I don't know but I'm 35w2 and I bought a ton of it tonight. I told my doctor and he said it won't bring on labor. So no harm no foul either way!
