Need advice on full time job and full time parenting

My hubby and I just found out we are having our first baby and we are really excited! Now I am a planner and want to get things in order before the baby arrives so we aren't rushing last minute or super stressed. Now I am a store manager in a retail clothing store. I commute about 45 mins to work work 9-5:30 3 times a week and 1-9:30 2 times a week. I get one weekend off a month and I am required to work one Sunday a month.

My husband is an technician his job requires him to travel all over 5-6 days a week he normally gets Sundays and Mondays off. He leaves at 6 in the morning and doesn't come home until all his jobs are done which can be between 5-8pm

This schedule seems impossible with having a baby and I was just looking for advice from anyone who is going through something similar. We need a day care as both our families are an hour away from us in different directions. A part of me wants to be a stay at home mommy, but I love my job and we need both incomes right now.
