PCOS and Clomid

I have been trying to conceive since August and after being diagnosed with PCOS in November my OB started me on Clomid 50 mg. positive opk was on cycle day 22 but progesterone level was only 0.41. This cycle I took Clomid 100 mg and today is Cycle day 10 and had egg white CM today. Could I be close to ovulating so early in my cycle? Did anyone have success when they switched to Clomid 100mg? Just wanting to hear about anyone else's experience!
