How do I keep my hopes up?

I've gotten pregnant 3 times and every time It's ended in a miscarried or a chemical pregnancy. It's so frustrating and hard to stay hopeful.. How do you cope ?

Have you seen ur doctor about why you can't progress in pregnancy? If not then maybe going to see and getting some answers may be the boost you need. I had a chemical last month and scared to death of another BFP incase it happens again.. Can't imagine what's going through you head 😘
