9 dpo

So today I am 9 dpo according to glow but because of my cm I'm pretty sure I ovulated a couple of day early, anyway the last few night I am so boiling hot when it bed time that I can't get to sleep, it January it's nearly zero degrees outside and we only have the heating on for 1 hour in the day and we only have a thin summer duvet, a couple of weeks ago I was using a hot water bottle and naw I can't think of anything worse ☹ anybody had this ( oh and my boobs are soooo sore and I never get sore boobs really the nipple hurts just brushing against the bed and I have big blue veins showing in them, any replays will be very helpful thanks
