Pregnancy and other medical conditions?

I am 6w4d pregnant with number 2 and couldn't be happier! My first pregnancy was a breeze and I loved every minute of it! This past September I was diagnosed with leukocytoclastic vasculitis. Long story short the capillaries are weak and leaking blood into my skin which leave me with a bunch of red spots all over my body. I have to meet with a maternal fetal medicine dr to make sure it is safe to carry out a pregnancy. I am very scared this time around. I know this is a long shot but does anyone have any experience with this?! Any and all advice would be helpful!!
