Help!!! 7 days of high fertility!

I have been testing my ovulation with the "Clear Blue Digital Advanced Ovulation Tests" for the past few months. Normally I have 3 days of high fertility flashing smiley faces and 2 days of a solid smiley face. This month I'm currently on day 7 of the flashing smiley face!! I've been testing twice a day and not once have I gotten anything else. I'm currently on cycle day 19 and am very confused and worried I'm not going to ovulate at all. Anyone else have this happen!? I'm going crazy over here!!
