What can I do for pain

Is there anything I can do for pain it's so bad when I'm on my period.I take ibprofen but it doesn't touch the pain 😢

Had this awful disease 8 years my only help is hot water bottle it goes everywhere with me 👍x

Thank you ladies I finally had to get put on hydrocodone, I was on tramadols for 3 years they just wasn't working any longer.I will definitely try the heating pad or a rice sock.

Heating pad! I have an electric blanket & my body feels great when I'm in it! I also take Tramidol (prescribed) when I absolutely have to. Get lots of rest as well.

I had to take Percocet when mine was really bad. I also lived with a heating pad. I kept one at work and one at home so I was never without. I also used a TENs unit. I'd look into it. It was a lifesaver.

I take midol. It seems to help. Drink hot tea and have w heating pad on my back end and front end. It helped me somewhat. Good luck!
