Too Much Stress??

So.. My Mirena fell out in November. Had a period the 2-4 of December. I had some light bleeding in the middle of the month. Now, its the 7th of January and aunt flo has not visited. I've taken numerous pregnancy tests and each one has been negative..

I am under a lot of stress, however.. ky dad was put on Hospice the beginning of the year, and trying to plan a wedding.... and bills.. and crazy exes...

What do you ladies do to help reduce stress? I might want to add that I do smoke.. (trying to quit... )
