Help I have no clue what to do

I really want to conceive soon. I'm turning 28 next week and I feel like my clocks tickin. Besides worrying about providing for a child my biggest concern is child care. It really takes two to keep a household going. I want to be there for my child the first few years of their life, I believe this is super important. I have no desire to have a baby and go right back to work. Also my work hours are intense and I would want my child to have consistency. The other problem is I really don't have a babysitter or nanny who I would trust. I don't want to go the day care route but it seems like that would be the only way my child would be looked after but I can't afford day care either... Any suggestions would be much appreciated
