How much sleep is too much during the day. He has been sleeping a lot since he is sick

It's hard to say how much is too much since it could be a growth spurt too. If he has a high fever, is having difficulty breathing, or is not keeping food down, then you'd want to go to the Dr. Otherwise sleep is the best to heal babies, and low-grade fevers don't need medicine.
