3weeks & 4 days PP

Today went out for a walk to the WIC appointment with my daughter. Luckily it's not too far from my building. The walk did me justice as far as my mood goes and she was looking around a lot. it was nice to get out for a few with her. But now my hoohaa is hurting like bit of a throbbing. I know it's still recent that I've given birth but does anyone else experience this or it's not normal? It's not excruciating pain but it just feels a bit sore I guess lol. Sorry if it's TMI
