Does anyone else have asthma and use a rescue inhaler?

I have asthma and use a rescue inhaler from time to time. This is the time of hear that I usually need it the most. Dr. said it was safe, but I just read that these are level C medications. Anyone else use medication for asthma?

The drugs are category c because they haven't been researched fully. But if you aren't getting oxygen, then baby isn't either, and that's definitely bad for baby, so much better to take the drugs.

I do, my doctor made me feel better about taking it after telling me that either I take the inhaler or put both myself and baby at risk. It's one of those cases where benefit outweighs risk. He also offered to switch me to an inhaler that comes under a lower category which I am now taking.
