What do you track to determine ovulation? bbt is the only way to confirm you actually ovulated besides a ultrasound. Doctors say its best to track bbt to confirm ovulation, track CM, cervix, & OPKs to know when your the most fertile. But not to rely just on OPKs because they don't guarantee your going to ovulate. So what do you ladies do? I personally track bbt, CM, cervix, OPKs, and apps. I do it all! 😂😂

Cm and cervix with opks. Apparently I do t get ewcm, just watery pretty much all month. And mostly dry. It only changes from watery to thick.  So cp and opks are really helpful

Question ladies. For those of you who track bbt, when did you start or when is the best to start cd wise. Is it best to start on cd1 or can you start at anytime. I may buy a bbt thermometer and start tracking. TIA!
