SPELLING ?

I'm having a baby girl ( due Feb.12th ) my daughter's father has a daughter already. 
Her name is A'Nylah 
& August last year I lost my twin brothers Andrew & Alonzo. 
So I decided to name my daughter " Alonna" after My brother Alonzo but I wanna spell it A'Lynah because it's using the letters of her sister's name ( A'Nylah ) is it a bad idea?

If you want her to be called AL-LIN-NUH rather than AL-LON-NUH, then spell it A'Lyna. You can spell it A'lona. The English language does have some basic rules and O and Y are not pronounced the same. Her name will likely always be mispronounced by people who don't know her. I'd just keep her name a tribute to your brother.
