PCOS diagnosis

Ok I have a question for those diagnosed with PCOS. How were you diagnosed? When ingot pregnant with my son they told me O had PCOS because I have had acne (as a teen), "more than normal" hair growth, I have faint hair line on my belly, and one other factor, can't even remember. I have seen people say they got diagnosed with a blood test. So I am wondering if I was maybe miss diagnosed. My cycles are very regular and took me 5 months to conceive my son without any help. Advice please!
