I need suggestions!

I am about 6 or 7 weeks pregnant and I currently work at a car dealership as the full time receptionist and cashier. I know this is very soon but once I have the baby I don't want to go back to work and leave the baby, but I can't afford to not work so I was wanting to get a stay at home job. I have searched the Internet but I haven't seen anything legit. If you anyone has suggestions or recommendations please feel free to help! Id appreciate any ideas I can get! Thank you in advance!! (:
