I've had nothing but a hard time with the IUD. After most of the pain subsiding after my body's attempt to reject it, I now have figured out the source of the problem. The pain emanates when I wait to go to the bathroom. Even if it's 5 minutes, I get horrible pain just like what I had before. The only time it ever bleeds is when this happens. My doctor said it'd be a process of 3 separate appointments for an ultrasound an removal if that's even possible at this point. I'm concerned because why does it bleed when I just have to pee? The pain only happens on my right side as well. I can't afford to go to this doctor and have a $60 copay for each appointment. It can't be removed until an ultrasound has been done. Has anyone else ever had this problem? What did you end up doing?
