BD every day or every other day?

Question

So on a lot of apps, it tells you to BD every other day, but in some books, it tells you to BD every day. Any thoughts?

I've been TTC for 8 months now and can't figure it out.

They say every other day lets the sperm regenerate but honestly if nothing is wrong with your partners sperm, like being slow or too low than you have the best chance by BDing every day. I BDd every day this cycle using Preseed for the first time so we'll see what happens after the tww. If it didn't work I'll be using Preseed again next cycle with the sperm meets egg plan
