How likely am I to go into labor?

So doc put me on bed rest due to borderline high BP as of Thursday and I have been glued to the couch or bed since then lol my husband asked if I wanted to get out of the house today and I'm like "Oh my gosh yes!" We are just running to Costco and one other place. I was barely 1CM when checked on Thursday and 0 effaced. I'm scheduled to be induced Tuesday....is getting out today a bad idea? I don't want to push myself but I don't think just going to two stores will hurt anything I don't plan on running or anything haha opinions please?
