Is sausage ok?

This morning I had got a sausage kolache it was kind of a craving I'm just wondering is it save to eat ?

I eat sausage! I just always buy meats that are nitrate/nitrite free.

Sure why not? I've eaten plenty of sausage, as well as probably a dozen hot dogs lol

I was told by the nutritionist to keep away from raw food and process foods. That includes sushi, deli meat, hot dogs and sausages. Im trying my best to stay away from them while im pregnant.  Better ask your doctor to make sure.
