Cd21 - creamy discharge like lotion TMI

My last period was 19th December and last 3 days I've been feeling really sick in evenings and cramps like I'm due on but still like 2 weeks for af and smells were really strong yesterday - had travel sickness yesterday too which I haven't had since I was a kid! Nipples are really sore, has anyone else had this and got a bfp if so what cd did u test and get bfp?
