Husband doesn't get it!

Paige
I have had a very easy pregnancy thus far. 8 weeks with only some nausea, gas, and constipation. Today, I helped my husband move a large bookshelf case that is quite heavy. I told him I really didn't want to but he made it easy as possible for me, him taking most of the weight. I still didn't feel good after lifting it (tired, out of breath, nausous) and needed to sit down. After a couple minutes he just looks at me and says 'Your fine.' I know I'm fine but why is it that I have to feel perfect or at least act like it every minute of everyday. I wasn't complaining, I wasn't saying anything at all, just watching a movie with him and relaxing. What can I do to make him see that there are certain things I shouldn't do, but also I'm not going to feel 100% for the next 7 months!
