Gas relief
The last two days I've experienced some painful gas, like its building up and won't come out. Normally I can lay down on my side and it releases pretty easy but not lately. 😕 I'm not sure if it's related to the pregnancy or what. Can you use gas relief medicine and if so what is safe to use??
