Ovulation Someone Help...Confused

Ok so glow says I ovulated on the 6th, but I got this on the 7th at 10am and then again at 10pm. Is is possible that glow was just off and I ovulated between the 8th and The 9th since it's 12-24 hours after the positive opk???
