Spotting at 6 weeks normal?

The past three days iv had light and dark brown spotting when I wipe. Only when I wipe. Tonight after peeing with no spotting all day and then going to sit down I began to get a medium spotting of light red that turned to brown and then nothing within seconds. Is this ok? I don't have any cramping but could this be a miscarriage?!

I went to the e.r. and I have a uti. Thwy wanted to give me this huge pill but I'm more of a all natural type ao om doing cranberry juice and water for a few weeks. Thoughts?
