Losing weight?

I'm 6 weeks 3 days and I'm losing weight instead of gaining. Anyone else going through this im confused. I don't see my doctor until February 1

I lost 15 lbs in my last pregnancy just in the first trimester.  It is common if you are sick and not eating as much.  My mom just told me I looked like I lost weight.

People keep saying I have lost weight. Which is hillarious as I am bloated and eating all the time..
