how do you deny sex without feeling bad for the guy /: like he really wants to give it to you but you're just not ready but you lowkey want to. the answer seems pretty obvious but I just feel bad !

don't feel bad about not being ready, as there's absolutely nothing wrong with that! I don't know how to make you not feel bad about it, but what I did was just tell my SO "no, not yet," and "just be patient, and I'll tell you when I'm ready," and he was very loving and respectful about it. wait until you're absolutely sure that you're okay with losing it to the person you're with, and it'll make your first time more enjoyable for you. you won't feel like a new person afterwards, but you'll be less likely to have a horror story to tell your friends the next day.
