Bad boobs pains

I'm in my teenage years my boobs hurt like hell there like too bruses! I don't think there growing there still the same size, I don't know if it's from them being a bit too big but they are killing me I can't lay down belly bottom because they hurt! There always pointy and there hard! Help plz
