Early sign of pregnancy?

Is hanging a cold and early sign of pregnancy? I ovulated last week, and a cold like symptoms hit me yesterday. If this is a sign is they're anything that I can take that's safe to have during a cold?

Honestly having a cold is not a symptom but pregnancy can cause a cold to be worse then it really is. I had a cold when i got pregnant and i just couldnt get tid of it i had 3 tounds of antibiotics before it finally went away
