Excited.... TTC

So my wife and I, did our 1st at home insemination. We used a syringe and a soft cup. It was so funny I couldn't help but giggle with nervousness. I'm praying that our 1st try is a success! Anyone have any tips for future insemination if this cycle isn't a success. I get my period usually on the 24th of every month, get a heavy flow for about 4 days and medium/light flow for 3 and spotting for an additional 2 to 3 days. Does anyone ever have a period like this if so how you get pregnant???? Oh another thing I've been using ovulation test straps I get lines some be fainter than others.... I need help. Very new to this!!!! Help 😁😀😄
