Doctor appointments

Im currently 16 weeks pregnant with my first child. My last few appointments i have left feeling disappointed and discouraged. The last appointment i had i got to hear my babies heartbeat for the first time but the doctor only let me hear about four or five beats before removing the device from my tummy. Ive only had one ultrasound at 8 weeks and am dying to see my little ones growth. My question is, does anyone elses doctors seem ro spend as little time as possible with them? I mean i understand doctors are busy but this is a veey important thing for me being as ive lost two pregnancies in the past. This is our first child and we want to get the most out of it and i feel like my doctor just doesnt care how i feel. They normally wont even let me have my phone out to record the ultrasound video or the sound of the heart beating. Am i wrong to feel the way i do?
