BBT - AF or Pregnant?

Hi All, I have read on glow that you can tell, whether AF will turn up if you track your tempreture after ovulation - does anyone know how this works and what your temp should do if you are pregnant and what it should do if you are not? Any advise would be appreciated?

This is false. Your temps can only confirm ovulation--3 consecutive days of elevated temps mean you inundated the day BEFORE the rise. Temps normal stay up throughout the luteal phase, regardless of whether or not you've conceived.

If AF comes, your temps will drop. If pregnant, they stay up (temping is not indicative of pregnancy until at least 18dpo with high temps, and even then it's not a guarantee).

This is very hard to do due to the fact that it's a slight change and sometimes not noticeable. You have to do it right when you wake up in the AM before you get out of bed and at the same time everyday. I tried it and I ended up just buying ovulation strips and tracking that way.

I have had no luck tracking mine.. It goes up and down every day..
