Miscarried - not bleeding yet...?

We found out on Decmeber 29th that our baby didn't have a heartbeat and passed away around 6 weeks 2 days and this was our 8 weeks 1 day appointment. My midwife said it could take up to 8 weeks for my body to pass the baby. I know the baby is really small but I have been nervous. It's been 3.5 weeks since the baby passed away and I haven't experience a passing. All my pregnancy symptoms have gone away and my "normal" self if back. (not emotionally since I still randomly cry)
