Boy troubles

I need help BIG HELP I like This boy he's (18) and I'd do anything for him and I have. I've helped him with everything he's was once on the brink of killing himself I helped him I helped him heal his broken heart we kissed we watched movies together nap together cuddled and he says I love you or he be like I love you (my name) every once and awhile and I never know if he means it (cause he only says it if he loves that person he told me but I don't know if I should believe him) sometimes I think I might love him but I never know I can help to smile around him feel lighter have no worries but I don't know his feelings for me last time I tried to take time so his feelings can grow I left for a couple of days and he tried to kill himself the night I told him goodbye and I came back and I just don't know anymore I care tons and tons about him but I don't mine or his feelings
