Heartbroken-our rainbow

We have a 10 year old daughter and have been trying since last January to conceive, miscarried April 2015 at 8w5d and tried every month after that again, found out December 23 I was pregnant and today was 7w1d I started cramping earlier in the day and started spotting which is slowly getting a little heavier and I'm still cramping and passed some clots before I laid down! I haven't even had my first doctors appt and I'm scared to go to the ER cause I don't want to face the truth! I don't want to tell my husband, what is wrong with me why cant I get pregnant and it stick?? 😭😭😭😭
