Bad cramps
The past week I have had the worst cramps EVER. Even before my period started. But it's just continually hurting. I have tried everything from a hot water bottle, painkillers,a hot bath. But nothing is working, I tried to do a lot of walking so I was comfortable. I go to school and I look like a total idiot because I look like I'm about to give birth to a whale
But everyone in my class just ignores it because it's a part of life as growing up.
Is there any possible way to ease the pain
