How to get in a good sleep habit?

I really need to start sleeping more.. I have to wake up around 6/7 every week day and I usually go to be around 10:45 and later. I am always SO TIRED and it effects my mood, my appetite, my energy. I want 8+ hours of sleep😕 what are some good ways to stop procrastinating before bed and things that helped you? Thanks!
