Seeking help

Hello there. We've been Ttc for almost a year but to no avail :(. I've suffered with cysts and pre cancerous cells since I was 19 but since coming off the pill things seemed to have settled. When would people suggest seeking medical help? Or have you any advice? Thanks :)
