Anyone else starting to get a tight, aching back?

I'm 18 weeks and the past few days I have had this horrible back ache that won't go away. Baths and massages don't help. I guess this might be something I'm going to deal with the rest of my pregnancy? Is there anything that seems to be working for anyone?
