So my first positive ovulation day was on Saturday and are still positive today. On what day was/when am I most fertile to conceive?

Ovulation happens in an instant on a single day. If you've had a positive opk, meaning the test line is as dark or darker than the control, you might ovulate 12-36 hours after that. You don't need to test again after one positive. However a positive opk doesn't guarantee ovulation.
