Does anyone else feel like it's never going to happen?

I don't want this to seem like a really negative post... I'm not basing this on disappointment, we've been ttc for a year and I know that it can happen after far more time than that. This would be my first and it's almost as if I can't imagine it will actually happen! Then I worry I am jinxing the whole situation with negative thoughts! Argh feel like a crazy person! 😭😂
