Eyeliner tips
I'm rather new to make up. I started to try the winged liner look but it takes me a while and sometimes it comes out uneven.
I've watched videos but I don't think I'm improving. I've used a pen.
Any tips? Should I use the brush and gel instead? Or liquid?
