af was due today

but didnt show ive taken two test this past week with what i see to be faint positives but a couple people said no been craving sweets all day everyday witch i never really crave mainly pancakes lol my left boob has been really sensitive but the right one not as much and no matter how much i sleep i geel like i could sleep a couple more hours also i have been having heartburn and like i need to throw up but its only at night when i go to bed could i be pregnant ?
