Viral infection and 4weeks....help

Hey ladies i could really do with your help. Im only 4 weeks pregnant but had a miscarrage last year and am really stressing out about what i can take medication wise. Been dr and then said i just have to ride it out as it is better to be safe than sorry. I have constant headaches stuffy nose a really bad throat tight chest and dry cough.....please i am not a hyprecondreacked.....please help...xxx
