When to pack hospital bag?

I'm 35 weeks. Having some period like cramps that last a good minute two minutes. Not at all regular. I have a couple during the day.

I was putting it off so I could shop and what not.... Then I had 8 hours of contractions. They stopped. Never got stronger or closer together but they sure did light a fire under my ass. As I was laying there trying to figure out if they were going to stop I just kept panicking because I had NOTHING done.

I started packing mine at 32 weeks, Im due Feb 23. I did it gradually, grabbing a few things here and there from different stores. Got most of my toiletries from dollar tree or Walmart, ordered some clothes from Amazon etc. Doing it all at once can be stressful. I searched "hospital bag" on Pinterest and made my own list from all the lists that popped up and went from there, checking off items as I added them to my bag.

I've started packing and I'm 35 weeks tomorrow, I landed in the hospital over night on dec 26th unexpectedly and did I ever wish I had something's from home for comfort, my bag and baby's bag is packed and I still keep adding to them and removing things from them. If your like me and like to be comfortable, you better get packing!

I packed mine last week at 34 weeks

Mine has been packed at 28 weeks, something was telling me to do it, lucky I did cos I went into labor the next day, when I got home I added a few things I had forgotten, also I really didn't like the underwear I had packed so I brought some different ones and it now stays in my car

I have seen to pack one once you hit 34 weeks. I'm putting mine off until at least 36 weeks but I have already made a list of exactly what I will be taking.

Do it now if your gut says you'd feel better! Every time I had the feeling "I NEED to do this to feel prepared for the baby," my psyche wouldn't let me rest until I finally did it. That's why I will be installing the infant car seat tomorrow, at 33.5 weeks! Lol.
