Which BC method you reccomend?

I know it depends on the person but what birth control would you reccomend?

I've tried the pill and it didn't work out for me. I kept forgetting and it totally messed up my cycle. 😩

Are there any options that don't include weight gain as a side effect? And then my sister recently got the implant and she said it hurt like hell. Which scares me, but is it worth the pain?

I had the IUD implant and yeah it hurt initially but it came with the least worries after the fact. It's biggest downside was putting it in and taking it out. But that thing can last you years , soooo. I did however notice I had reoccurring utis during my year and a half with the mirena IUD and I haven't had any since taken out. Idk if they're related. 
You could try the nuvaring. That was the last bc I was on. It was really easy to use schedule wise.

Def don't get the shot though that messed my body up so hard.
