I'm 16 help!!
Hey guys, so as you know I'm 16 and I am very insecure about my body, I weight 57kgs, 163 cm tall, I have quite large breast but I also have a bit of fat on my belly, thighs and arms and I was wondering if anyone knew any easy exercises that could help me lose the weight.
I also need info about my eating and how I should eat throughout the day and the amount.
